函館朝市吃帝王蟹?

這次去函館打算和伙伴要買隻帝王蟹大吃,
我們住的旅館都有附豐盛的早餐, 若吃完早餐再去函館朝市吃帝王蟹
怕吃不下反而浪費了這美味

請問函館朝市賣帝王蟹的店家有開到中午嗎?
如果吃完飯店早餐後去別的景點,中午再回到朝市吃的到新鮮的帝王蟹嗎?
