【公庫】江翠護樹案王鐘銘入獄服刑三個月

2013年6月，爭議多時的江翠國中停車場興建案移樹過程，現場護樹聲援民眾與警方發生推擠衝突，衝突中去年代表綠黨參與淡水區市議員的王鐘銘，遭警方以妨害公務罪和侮辱公務員罪起訴，處拘役四十日，易科罰金一日一千元，有期徒刑部份判刑三個月。
今(6)日上午，綠黨與民間團體陪同王鐘銘來到土城看守所前召開記者會，堅持護樹無罪，並反對言論自由打壓.....(更多完整內容)
