免費助貧辦喪事違法　陳威仁：願協助處理

長期幫弱勢家庭免費辦後事的善願愛心協會被內政部認定違反《殯葬管理條例》，恐遭開罰逾1億元。內政部長陳威仁今受訪表示，昨天媒體報導後他就非常重視此案，已要求民政司找該協會會長了解案情，「我們會站在協助的立場，兼顧情理法，找出一個妥善的方法」。

至於是否對該協會開罰，陳威仁說：「先不要談罰錢，我們怎麼把這個事情做好最重要！」（黃揚明／台北報導）
