591房屋網港營運超前！數字首季營運挑戰新高

網路生活平台數字科技(5287-TW)今年首季在591房屋網揮軍香港，營運進度超前，已成為香港第二大房屋網，加上遊戲寶的交易金額快速成長，法人估計今年首季營運可望將再創單季新高，每股盈餘上看4.5元。

數字12月營收1.1億元，年增率40.85％，連續3個月營收破億，合計去年營收為11.51億元，年增22.12％。公司表示，其中最大成長動能來自於591房屋網，2014年營收成長38％，整體營收比重從2013年的44％，提升到2014年的49％。另外遊戲寶去年下半年的成長，8591營收也止跌重回成長軌道，2014年8591營收佔整體營收比重為24%，推升去年營運創下歷年新高。

數字2015年591發展重心將轉至香港。目前香港591營運進度超越預期，已經躍升香港第二大房屋網站，目標提前在今年上半年達成香港流量第一房屋網，對於營收將有明顯貢獻。法人估計今年首季營運可望將再創單季新高，每股盈餘上看4.5元。
