韓陸防長會談討論開通熱線電話

在南韓訪問的中國大陸國務委員兼國防部長常萬全今天和南韓國防部長官韓民求舉行會談，可能就韓陸國防部間開通熱線電話交換意見。

南韓聯合新聞通訊社指出，常萬全3日展開3天的訪問行程，雙方就朝鮮半島安全、北韓核子議題、防務交流合作，以及北韓軍的冬季訓練等交換意見。這是2006年來，中國大陸國防部長首次訪南韓。

南韓國防部表示，常萬全此行是對南韓前國防部長官金寬鎮2011年訪陸的回訪。

南韓政府消息人士指出，除北韓問題外，雙方將討論有關開通兩國國防部間熱線電話問題。

韓陸自2007年起開始商討在兩國國防部間開通熱線電話的事宜。開通熱線電話將有利於雙方在朝鮮和韓半島問題上及時、緊密溝通。

截至目前，與南韓開通國防部熱線的國家只有美國。
