每周工時40小時　賴香伶批：經濟部阻擋

社運出身的台北市勞動局長賴香伶，公開槓上中央政府。
 
賴香伶在臉書PO文，她到行政院出席「勞基法部份條文修正草案」會議，討論縮短工時為每周40小時，結果這項條文最後被保留沒有通過。
 
賴香伶指出，經濟部代表建議，部分業者希望把現有的8周彈性工時拉長，改為12周內調配480小時排班。包括台北市、桃園市、台中市、高雄市等4個直轄市的勞動局長都表達不應再有變形工時的擴大，沒想到主席竟裁示「本條先予保留」。
 
賴香伶認為，2000年總統大選，當年各組總統候選人都簽署承諾，最後卻在政黨角力下通過「二周84工時」及配套。15年過去了，每周40工時修法案仍出不了行政院大門。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
