國安會秘書長金溥聰今天說，他的確因為健康因素向總統請辭，沒有人會拿自己的身體健康開玩笑；他也保證沒有移民美國這件事，希望謠言止於智者。

金溥聰已向總統馬英九請辭國安會秘書長，他傍晚與媒體茶敘，對於外界相關傳聞，他親自說分明。
