汪傳浦佣金續追討妻兒續通緝

潛逃遭通緝的軍火商汪傳浦在海外過世。特偵組今天表示，不影響之前向瑞士司法部請求匯回3億美元的不法所得。

特偵組今天指出，汪傳浦被控拉法葉艦案，由法院通緝中，後續由法院予以公訴不受理，特偵組負責追討不法所得，日前依最高法院對被告郭力恆判決，翻譯為法文，主張汪是共犯，向瑞士司法部請求匯回汪被查扣的3億美元不法所得。

特偵組說，汪的妻子及4名子女因本案涉嫌洗錢並遭通緝，汪死亡，不影響妻兒通緝狀況。

此外，汪涉嫌在幻象戰機採購案收佣金，特偵組以特他案偵辦，因汪僅嫌疑人，證據調查中，尚未發布通緝。
