北市府醫藥議題 楊志良願協助

台北市廉政委員會委員、前衛生署長楊志良傳出請辭廉政委員。楊志良中午受訪表示，幾天前寄正式書面文件給政風處，內容寫明抽籤分配調查遠雄大巨蛋，非自己專長，必須花很多時間研究，卻又苦於沒有時間，因此表達暫時免除處理此案件；若下次有醫藥衛生議題，且市府需要他協助，一定全力以赴。

對於外傳楊志良請辭台北市廉政委員，楊志良今上午受訪表示，外界如何揣測他不清楚，他在文件中表達，貪腐是大家都非常厭惡的事，但大巨蛋一案確實非自己專業，擔心自己做不好、甚至耽誤這麼重要的事。

他說，如果真的要處理，得花很多時間研究，但自己又沒有時間，因此，才會表達暫時免除的意願，未來若台北市有醫藥衛生相關領域問題，需要他協助，他非常願意幫忙，「就看市府需不需要我」。
