在FOMC利率指引中聯準會取消了「耐心」一辭

聯準會(Fed)自利率指引中，取消了「耐心」措辭，但亦降低了多快將採取行動的預期，顯示初次升息恐到9月才會採取行動。

Fed甚至說，在4月會議中升息「依舊不太可能。」

在最新的會後聲明中，Fed說一旦見到勞工市場進一步改善，且合理相信中期內，通貨膨脹將重回2%目標，則升息就將適當。

這次投票系10比0。Fed的謹慎態度似乎是因美國的成長預期有所降低，央行指出「經濟成長有些轉為溫和。」

現在，Fed預期升息的速度，僅為12月預期的半數。
