美國 Microsoft（微軟）於美國時間 3 月 17 日正式發表，將與中國遊戲大廠 Tencent（騰訊）正式進行業務合作，將在微軟最新作業系統 Windows 10 中提供《DNF》（Dungeon ＆ Fighter）、《League of Legends》（英雄聯盟）等多款騰訊營運遊戲讓用戶安裝遊玩。

據官方表示，這次的業務合作的主要內容，是將大陸騰訊的主要 App 提供給 Windows 10 作為 Universal App（通用應用程式）使用。而目前預定提供的程式工具，包括有騰訊旗艦級服務的 SNS 社群工具《QQ》，以及由騰訊在中國大陸代理營運的多款人氣遊戲如《DNF》（Dungeon ＆ Fighter）、《League of Legends》（LoL 英雄聯盟）、《Cross Fire》（穿越火線）等等，包含 PC 在內的各種 WIN10 裝置使用者們，都可以透過 Windows 10 的 Windows Store 商城來自由下載使用這些 App 程式。
另外官方也宣布，將會針對中國大陸 Windows 7／Windows 8.1 的用戶提供 Windows 10 的免費升級包，裡面將會預先內建包括《QQ》、《Tencent Video》、《Tencent PC Manager》等工具，讓用戶在升級之後就可以直接使用這些騰訊工具，而不必再去另行安裝下載。
