檔車比速克達危險????

我弟今年要升大學,想買摩托車,原本跟我爸商量好,先用我爸的信用卡分期付款,等我弟之後打工每個月在還他錢,但是,就在刷卡前,我爸知道我弟買的檔車就堅決反對…..

原因我也不是很清楚,只知道我爸覺得擋車很危險,搞得現在他們關係很不好,後來我問我弟為什麼一定要騎檔車,他是覺得那台擋車的外型很帥,而且他喜歡的女生覺得會騎擋車的男生很酷= =,什麼理由….
不過檔車真的有那麼危險??要怎樣才能說服我爸呢???
