全國首創！北市新建大樓　自來水須能生飲

落實節能減碳，自來水生飲將成為大樓通過環評的必要條件。

今日出刊的《經濟日報》報導，台北市環評委員會昨審查萬華車站新建商業大樓，首度要求必須設有自來水直接飲用系統，以符合節能要求，否則環評將不會通過。

台北市開全國先例，未來商業大樓樓高20層、住宅大樓樓高30層以上的新開發案，一律比照辦理。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
