法指凱瑞保證美對敘利亞立場不變

法國外長法畢斯（Laurent Fabius）今天表示，美國國務卿凱瑞向他保證，美國對敘利亞的立場不變。據報先前凱瑞說，美國必須與敘利亞總統巴夏爾．阿塞德談判。

法畢斯在比利時布魯塞爾出席歐洲聯盟外長會議時告訴記者：「我今早與凱瑞透過電話交談，他向我保證，美國對敘利亞的立場絕對沒有改變。」

法畢斯說，無論如何，法國對敘利亞危機的立場都不會改變。

凱瑞在接受哥倫比亞廣播公司（CBS）訪問時，並未重申美國的標準立場，即阿塞德已喪失一切正當性，必須下台。

他在被詢及、美國是否願與阿塞德談判時說：「歸根結底，我們必須談判。」

但稍後國務院發言人哈夫（Marie Harf）指出，凱瑞並未明白提及阿塞德。她重申，美方絕不與阿塞德談判。
