把握天降甘霖，經濟部水利署人工增雨作業今(23)日中午起隨時待命，空軍也將以2架次C-130H型運輸機執行增雨作業，分別在14時30分及14時50分執行。

水利署表示，地面人工增雨中午12時起在霞雲工作站、寶二、永和山、明德及鯉魚潭水庫待命。

至於空中人工增雨作業，水利署指出，預計由空軍以2架次C-130H型運輸機自屏東機場起飛，執行增雨作業，以地面人工增雨作業水庫為目標區，分別在14時30分及14時50分各1架次抵達新竹至苗栗外海執行。
