標題[問題] 調組後的薪資調整

去年從私立大學外語系畢業後立刻到公法人機構上班 一開始是應徵行政職的工作 後來因為我有應徵上大學的系辦助理而想要離職 但因為很多人都勸我在學校工作學不到東西 又之後如要換工作業界不會承認學校工作經歷等因素 我決定留在原本的公司等待轉調業務單位的機會 恰巧現在的單位剛好有缺人而主管同仁等都覺得我有能力可以試試看 所以就在今年三月轉調現在的組室 當時人資主任有先跟我講好要以當時在行政的薪水當作轉組室的試用期新資(24.6k) 三個月後就會在依工作表現以及工作內容調整 昨天收到了通知薪水只調到25.5K 但就我所知一般業務同仁起薪是27.5K.... 我當下覺得很疑惑後來才知道我的薪資調整是依當時進公司的起薪去調點的 但是我還是覺得為何我是作外勤業務但卻領內勤行政的薪水? 尤其下半年工作調整工作內容不僅要執行專案計畫還要兼任公司行銷部分 雖然能學到很多東西但就新資來說實在不符合工作比例 我想請問的是因為我沒有工作經驗所以一般來說這樣的狀況是正常的嗎? 那我是否可以去爭取? 若是我自己認知的問題...那我想跟大家分享一下這次的經驗 一定要向人資主管問清楚 免得收到薪資單的時候會太失落啊Q__Q -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.230.24.162
