台股周五開低走低，加權指數下跌0.65%，以7856.14點作收，週線累計跌幅達3.01%，店頭市場僅走跌0.88%，大型權值股顯然成為殺盤主力，保德信科技島基金經理人賴正鴻表示，後續除非站穩8070點關卡，成交量並維持800至900億元，才有機會緩步攻堅、醞釀未來上升行情。
賴正鴻指出，近期上市櫃企業除公布第2季財報外並陸續提出第3季展望，目前NB滲透率不如預期、TV全球需求不強，加上蘋果9月才會推出新產品，銷售旺季將遞延，供應鏈鋪貨需求目前還難以估計。現階段電子業季獲利成長預期平均落在正負10%間，少有超過15%，第3季獲利展望多持平看待。
賴正鴻說，產業基本面不佳，使電子股無力擔當推升大盤主力，加權指數近期持續於8000點上下兩百點間箱型整理，後續除非站穩8070點關卡，成交量並維持800至900億元，才有機會緩步攻堅、醞釀未來上升行情。
國際情勢來看，賴正鴻分析，美國就業市場訊號好壞不一，市場擔憂9月份FOMC會議可能宣佈QE購債開始減量，開始密切關注聯準會決策者言論，消息面紛雜的情況下，預期短線雜音干擾將繼續。另外，大陸10月份的三中全會召開在即，新政府正在佈署新一輪經濟政策的規劃與執行，屆時政策利多的釋放，將對市場情緒有正面影響，不過新股IPO進度何時重啟，則為短期干擾因素。
操作策略上，賴正鴻認為台股目前指數上下空間不大，盤面傾向於類股及個股表現。市場資金7月份由IC設計等電子股轉出、移往傳產類股，8月以來則有回補電子股趨勢，選股除看好可望跌深反彈的中概股，現階段美國經濟發展腳步優於歐洲，車市、房市穩定復甦下，預料也將帶動台灣汽車零組件與建材股表現。
