和平會談前　以色列玩兩面手法遭批

【綜合報導】以色列在預定周三舉行的和平會談前釋出善意，昨宣佈將釋放26名巴勒斯坦囚犯。不過，該國同時批准在巴勒斯坦佔領區中，進行1200間新屋興建，引發巴勒斯坦不滿。
 
法新社報導，將獲釋的巴勒斯坦囚犯，多半是因為殺害以色列人而被逮捕。以色列當局已在周一公佈他們的姓名。他們預計將在周三的和談之前重獲自由。
 
另一方面，以政府批准新的住房興建計畫，將在約旦河西岸與東耶路撒冷地區蓋房，以滿足以色列居民的需求。巴勒斯坦對此相當不滿，認為以色列是「故意」批准新屋興建，企圖讓和平會談付諸流水。
