標題第一次面試有管理責任的職務會問些什麼?

如題，明天我要去應徵某家連鎖飯店的副主任(職務是美術設計相關) 雖然我的資歷年數有達到他們的要求，但即將要面試的職務將會有管理責任(至少9人) 我之前的工作(至少在名義上)是沒有管理責任的... 對於這種管理職務他們可能會提出什麼問題呢？因為是第一次找這種要有管理責任的工作，所以上來問問看，感恩 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.20.140
