住宅區蓋夜市 中市府動員百人強制拆除

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】台中市政觀光夜市在住宅區內違法營業，不管台中市政府連續三天重罰地主960萬，地主依然不理會繼續營業，昨晚聽到消息自拆大型遊樂設施與舞臺，但今天還來不及自行拆除號稱五星級的臨時廁所，台中市政府上午就祭出鐵腕，一早九點就動員上百人，強制拆除夜市內違建公廁及水電設施，並且以護欄圍住空地，不到半小時，地面號稱五星級流動廁所違建化為廢墟。都發局主秘李正偉強調：「如果業者或地主還要強行違規營業，市府將進一步移送法辦！」
