網路交友詐財百萬 詐欺起訴

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中14日電）張姓男子在網路偽稱是醫師或機師，與女網友交往，再詐稱急需周轉詐財，詐騙張女新台幣162萬餘元，台中檢方依詐欺罪起訴。

台中地檢署起訴書指出，35歲張男在交友網站自稱是醫師或機師，先與女網友交往取得信任後，再偽稱投資失利急需周轉，詐借得款後就失聯，事發後，再與被害女子和解，先以小額還款，獲得不起訴處分。

張男在民國100年3月間，在交友網站向張姓女網友自稱是心臟科醫師，兩人在網路交往後，張男向張女騙稱做生意急需錢周轉，陸續向張女借款共162萬餘元，期間曾開立面額110萬元的本票及還款約30萬元安撫張女。

事後，張女發現張男仍在網路以相同手法，企圖尋找詐騙對象，即向警方報案。台中地檢署偵結，依詐欺罪將張男起訴。1020814
