外籍漁工被迫簽本票 薪水被扣不到萬元

民進黨立委林淑芬今天在立法院召開記者會，指稱有3名菲籍漁工向他投訴，來台工作卻被迫簽下本票，被國外仲介跟台灣仲介雙重剝削，雖然基本工資有18780元，但仲介以本票之名東扣西扣薪資，漁工每月僅收到台幣6224元薪資，且還沒有提供薪資單，更被脅迫在非契約的漁船上工作，各方求助後，才被認定為人口販運被害人。
