有獨立電表 應當以個獨立電表度數收費 ,並須以台電公告電價支付 ,既然公共部分是方東坦承負擔 ,更不該將平均電價加諸房客身上

如果是使用公共浴室 ,那又另當別論 ,因電熱水器用電用電相當驚人 ,房客分擔亦是理所當然

關於電費單上常用電度數為3520度 ,就是實際用電度數沒啥好懷疑 ,房東如果同住 ,
又使用同一總表(不同時也有可能)就是房東"竊電" ,

您可聯合其他房客請房東交代 ,或請略懂電路旳朋友(或花錢請電工)輕差一星視部是有以上情形
