怕鴨迷看鴨不慎落海　基市府要求提高保額

【陳偉周／基隆報導】下月黃色小鴨將游進基隆港，基隆市政府與各部會、廠商今天早上8時許召開協調會議。針對為期50天小鴨展期，警察局預估動員6000人次進行交通巡邏等管制作業，申請提播224萬經費；環保局也說，因應租借流動廁所與大型垃圾桶，及清潔人員加班費，提出50萬經費要求，另消防局會在策展期間，派2艘救生艇在海周圍戒護，以防萬一。
 
基隆市政府強調，「要讓大家對基隆市留下美好印象！」，要求全面整頓市容，除了在展期間要求警方嚴格取締流動攤販，並請相關位加強維修老舊設施，並擔心鴨迷在海洋廣場看鴨不慎落海，市府要求提高對展出活動「公共意外責任險」的保額。面對小鴨長住50天，有警員私下說「剉勒等！」
