魚寮遺址　見證嘉義4000年歷史

【簡志偉／嘉義報導】嘉義縣的考古遺址「魚寮遺址」，將嘉義的歷史往前推進到4,000年前。嘉義縣唯一依據文化資產保存法所公告指定的縣定遺址「魚寮遺址」，在財團法人樹谷文化基金會贊助下，今天舉行遺址指示標誌揭幕典禮。

上午在副縣長林美珠、樹谷文化基金會董事長董雅坋、文化觀光局長吳芳銘和考古學者等的見證下剪綵啟用；這座「魚寮遺址」指示標誌位於高鐵大道與嘉64線交叉口，高約8公尺，外型獨特，也讓魚寮遺址更彰顯在地歷史文化的重要。
