近期眾多傳聞稱，三星將在今年2月底的全球移動通訊大會(Mobile World Congress，簡稱MWS)上發布該公司旗艦手機產品Galaxy S5。但科技網站ZDNet Korea的最新消息稱，三星內部一位匿名『高級官員』透露，Galaxy S5或要到3月份才會發布。

根據騰訊科技報導，該匿名人士表示，對三星而言，MWC『更多的是一次商務會議』，而且該大會舉辦的時間也不適合三星正式發布Galaxy S5。三星此次或許會選擇3月份在紐約舉辦發布會，當然，倫敦發布也有可能，不過更有可能的是，在兩地同時舉辦發布會。

另外，還有傳聞稱，三星也可能在一次內部大會中發布Galaxy S5。無論如何，具體的發布時間和地點到時自會揭曉。
