桃園縣平鎮警方春安期間向轄內執行金融機構宣導防搶作為及遭遇搶劫時之反應技巧，直接向犯罪宣戰，並提升民眾對警方打擊犯罪的信賴與安全感。

平鎮警方表示，防搶演練要求員警講求逼真，其喚起了業者防搶的危機意識。其中，銀樓在無預警的情況下，遭持槍歹徒侵入，且朝天花板開槍示威，銀樓老闆除了機警按下警鈴外，也技巧性的拉扯行搶歹徒，拖延行搶時間，表示警方能在最短的時間內趕赴現場。

警方進一步指出，若民眾遭遇搶劫時千萬要冷靜，詳記歹徒特徵、駕駛的車種及逃逸方向，並以保護身體安全為第一優先後，立即報警處理，讓警方透過明確的資訊，發揮攔截圍捕及打擊犯罪的功用，立即逮捕搶匪，降低損失。
