標題[請益] 研替簽合約問題

各位先進版友大家好，小弟目前碰到一個問題想請教大家。 目前小弟研發替代役上了某頗具規模的A公司，且也在一封公司寄給我的文件上簽名 (不曉得算不算簽約)。文件上寫道： 「我願意在內政部研發替代役選填志願時把A公司填為第一志願。且如因體位問題， 日後不用當兵，直接變為正職。如有違背，我願意賠償A公司的損失。」 現在問題是我第一志願B公司上了，而我非常想去B公司，也口頭承諾會去B公司。 假如我跟A公司人資推掉的話A公司會要求我賠償賠款嗎？還是有什麼解決方法？ 煩請各位大大版友給予建議，謝謝。 P.S. 我確定要當兵且A公司並沒有給簽約金 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.118.202.120
