【王筱君／台北報導】實價登錄制恐變「虛」價登錄！本月3日，朝野立委聯手三讀通過修正《地政士法》，未來地政士(俗稱代書)登錄房價有誤，經檢舉或糾正，只要在期限內修正資訊就不會受罰。德明財經科技大學副教授花敬群批，修法通過後，等於開啟登錄假房價大門。

2012年8月實價登錄上路以來，政府規定房屋登記過戶1個月內，房仲、代銷、地政士或買方須向地政機關申報房價，一旦發現資訊錯誤或登載不實，登錄房價者得被罰款3萬至15萬元。但立法院3日卻三讀通過修正《地政士法》第51條之1，未來地政士登錄實價行情若被他人檢舉，或被地政單位查到登錄不實，可有7至15天修正期，若未在期限內修正，才會被罰3萬至15萬元。

對此，信義地政士聯合事務所代書林明堂表示，之前法規未給予地政士緩衝改正機會，修法是讓地政士與權利人(買方)享有相同權力。
