蔡英文：金接任國安會秘書長 布局不足

民進黨前主席蔡英文今晚9點由高雄市長陳菊陪同遊愛河賞花燈時，被問及對內閣改組一事的看法。蔡英文認為，金溥聰接任國安會秘書長一職，在人事布局上有不足的地方。

蔡英文表示，長久以來，大家對金先生的感覺，就是他是馬總統選舉和政治主要操盤手，去美國一年，回來就變成國安會秘書長，讓人覺得這樣的人事安排，不脫權力布局的感覺。

蔡英文說，一個領導者，在進行政府重要職務布局時，應以國家利益為優先考量，國安會職掌台灣最重要的政府功能，也就是國家安全，若著眼的是個人權力問題、權力操作或選舉操作，在人事布局上是有不足的地方。
