亞馬遜電子書鋪 撤下古典作品亂譯版

亞馬遜網站7日從線上電子書鋪，撤下「金銀島」、「世界之戰」等古典作品的亂譯版。

這些由「M Angelo」提供的法文、義大利文和西班牙文譯本，售價都是99分錢，可是顧客抱怨譯文根本不知所云。

這些書都屬於版權已失效的公共領域，而賣方「直接出版」的譯本，似乎是用線上免費翻譯軟體製作的。

亞馬遜拒絕透露譯本的幕後製作者，以及這些電子書賣出了多少本。

亞馬遜的直接出版平台，禁止出售線上可以免費獲得的公共領域著作。它的Kindle電子書部門也保留拒絕水準太低劣的作品的權利，包括翻譯太差，以及色情、內容惹厭和違反版權的作品。
