法新社報導，在克里米亞半島完成獨立公投後一天，烏克蘭17日召回駐俄大使。該國外交部在聲明中說：「基於克里米亞情勢及此次危機的國際面向，烏克蘭召回其（駐莫斯科）大使，以利諮商。」
