經部擺爛！16管線穿高雄市區　竟無法可管

中油公司昨出具資料，高雄市地底至少埋設16條石油及石化輸送管線，可怕的是，這些埋在底下的管線，竟然無法可管。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，經濟部昨召集「高雄石化原物料輸運管線清查平台」首次會議，卻無可管理各類「石化管線」的專法，僅能靠業者「自主管理」。經濟部政務次長杜紫軍坦承，「據我的理解，過去是沒在管！」除國有的中油公司，這些管線的管轄單位，就是核准埋設的單位，「誰核准，誰收費，誰管理！」（胡治言／綜合報導）
