「泡麵很簡單，卻是非常有深度的」我常跟人說。

不相信我這句話的人，通常我只要Line張照片給他瞧瞧，沒有不五體投地的。雖然「有深度的泡麵」是要到美眉Line帳號的好方法，但我的確這樣深深以為。

說穿了也沒什麼，單身一個人住，雖然週末三不五時愛煮點小食，但總沒辦法一人吃完，剩菜就這樣放進冰箱，隔天Blue Monday忙到九點多，推開夜晚家門，撕開一碗泡麵，昨天沒煮完的小白菜塞進去，灌上滾燙熱水，旁邊打上一顆蛋，蓋上紙蓋快悶，其他剩菜微波跳起後，泡麵也差不多軟了，小心翼翼地把剩菜放上泡麵，一點巧思擺盤，開上一瓶崗夏酒莊的Pinot di Pinot皮諾不甜氣泡酒。

來張照片，我就可以邊享受泡麵與酒，邊發照片給美眉了。

這支氣泡紛躍的氣泡酒，雖然只寫用上Pinot皮諾釀造，實際上卻用了黑皮諾、白皮諾與灰皮諾三種葡萄，看酒標簡單，滋味卻很有深度，輕盈卻飽滿的果香，可以清除殘留在口腔中，泡麵調味料的厚重感覺，清新的氣泡刺激味蕾，真的是洗去一天辛勞。

泡麵還吃不到兩口，美眉已經回Line了！
