新店氣爆／欣天然更換內外管

新北市「永保安康社區」氣爆事件，欣天然表示，今天起A棟的內外管線全數抽換，預計3天內完工，A棟69戶中已有60戶同意受損由欣天然修護，並發放補償費用。

欣天然表示，今天起A棟的內外管更新工作同步展開，其中2家外管包商開始搭設鷹架，將於3天內能完成外管抽換工作。

至於內管部份，欣天然的7家內管承裝商實施用戶內管抽換，也是在3天內完成內管更新，並將原機械表換裝微電腦表。

欣天然指出，A棟受災的電梯部份，將儘速完成一部電梯修護作業，讓住戶能順利進出，另一部電梯若不堪使用，欣天然將儘速更換。

欣天然說，A棟的69戶中有3戶不在家，6戶損壞狀況複雜，有待協商外，其餘60戶已達成協議，由欣天然公司修護，並發放相關補償費用。
