專騙中國人 3年得手逾億

〔自由時報記者姚岳宏／台北報導〕刑事局警方破獲專門詐騙中國民眾的台灣詐騙集團，前往高雄鳳山逮捕12人，32歲主嫌黃秉璿辯稱，他們只是經營職棒簽賭網站，意圖用輕罪蒙騙警方，但警方查出，黃嫌等人與中國詐騙集團合作以「中國人騙台灣人」、「台灣人騙中國人」方式跨海詐騙，3年來不法所得逾億元。
