鳳凰來襲，新北市長朱立倫今天上午10時，至新北市新莊塔寮坑1號抽水站視察，新北市水利局抽水站管理科長許崇仁表示，目前塔寮坑溪水位處於低水位，抽水站有電腦與專人監控水位，塔寮坑抽水站抽水量每秒可抽120噸，全開可以兩秒內抽乾兩座標準游泳池，還在興建中的塔寮坑溪2號抽水站，預計要年底左右才會完工，目前緊急調來10台移動式抽水機來支援，以防溪口暴漲。
