英國158公斤媽媽　要政府獎勵她減肥

英國維根（Wigan）一名單親媽媽育有2子，近日她要求政府為她支付減肥獎金，作為她的減肥動力來源。
 
英國《都會報》報導，英國26歲女子布利格（Christina Briggs）體重有158公斤，近日向政府提出一項獎勵方案，希望自己每減1磅（0.45公斤），政府可以獎勵她1英鎊（約50元台幣）或健康食物兌換券。
 
布利格認為目前政府給她的補助太少，她必須要更多錢來改變自己，變成健康的人。布利格稱目前一年獲得2萬英鎊（約10萬元台幣）補助，「如果我有錢，我就能買新鮮食物，更能付費成為健身房會員」，「我試過游泳，但一個月要花22英鎊（約１千元台幣），這表示我不能多買最愛的披薩或是中式餐點外帶了」。
 
近日布利格接受節目專訪說，不認為接受補助很丟臉，「我找不到工作，對於納稅人贊助我的醫療費和我小孩的生活，我一點也不覺得奇怪，因為我沒拿這些錢來揮霍。」（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
