柯文哲今晚在電視台專訪提到，上任兩個禮拜，就開除機要董德堉，因為層層轉包沒有事前報告，自己事前也不曉得競選期間健走活動是轉包給楊蕙如。

柯文哲說，如果轉包，事先就要講，不然就和我說，薪水太低，一個月要多少才夠，可以就發給你，不要在活動裡面浮報，雖然是一樣的價錢，但就是不能忍受。
