國發會3日歡送主委管中閔，繼之前被誤認是型男大主廚的詹姆士外，管中閔自爆，還有人說他是財政部長張盛和，讓他不由自主地立刻摸了摸自己的頭…

國發會新卸任主委即將在4日交接，國發會3日舉行歡送茶會歡送管中閔，幽默風趣的他自爆除了之前被民眾誤認為是主廚詹姆士外，之前在太陽花學運時，一度被誤指為是內政部長陳威仁，學生還大喊「他是內政部長，不要讓他出去…」

管中閔說，最近在住家巷口，有一位女士在把他從頭到腳仔細打量了一番，然後對他說，「我知道你是行政院副院長」；甚至有一次在機場，還聽到旁邊有人說他是財政部長張盛和，讓他不由自主地立刻摸了摸自己的頭…
