日本國家男子足球總教練Javier Aguirre因涉及假球案遭到足球協會開除，協會會長大仁邦彌對此結果表示相當遺憾。

來自墨西哥的Javier Aguirre現年57歲，曾擔任西甲奧薩蘇納總教練，2014年世界盃結束後，他輾轉來到日本，接掌日本國家男子足球隊兵符。

去年12月，西班牙檢方指控Javier Aguirre涉及2011年假球案，檢方指出，Javier Aguirre當年執教皇家薩拉戈薩，為了避免降級，他向萊萬特行賄，最終皇家薩拉戈薩以2比1勝出，除了教練與球員遭到起訴，俱樂部工作人員也名列其中，共達40人涉案，不過Javier Aguirre強烈否認行賄一事。

考量到Javier Aguirre確定遭到西班牙檢方起訴，日本足協決定解僱他，大仁邦彌表示：「他確實為球隊帶來很大的幫助，不過起訴已經確立，Aguirre之後會有難纏的官司要打，考量到未來的安排，我們不能讓這件事影響國家隊，選擇解僱是逼不得已的決定。」
