不用石油　哥斯大黎加用再生能源撐75天

中美洲小國哥斯大黎加環保大躍進，全國只用可再生的能源供應電力，長達75天之久，而該國從去年12月起就沒使用石油，減碳成果卓然。
哥國的電力協會（ICE）表示，國內四座水利發電廠今年以來都有超乎預期的強烈雨勢，所以達成完全不用傳統燃料的目標。
哥斯大黎加去年約有80%電力是水力發電，另有10%是地熱發電，因雨量多寡難以預估，所以哥國積極開發地熱發電，避免完全依靠水力。哥斯大黎加當局表示，未來計畫是完全不使用礦物能源，在2021年達到零減碳的目標。（國際中心/綜合外電報導）
