我是小出版社的小編，主要的面向是生活類書籍，
如食譜、手工藝、寵物、植栽...，
最近因為找不到作者而十分憂慮，
想請問有自行尋找作者經驗的編輯提供給我一些意見，
自己是從哪些管道尋找有潛力的新人呢?
又是用什麼方式判斷對方能有出書的實力？
