清明連假 日本知名B級美食來台開展

在日本舉辦10多年的幕張美食祭，首度走出日本做世界巡迴展，首站即鎖定台灣台北，4/2~4/5將在台北世界貿易中心三館展出，門票300元。這次參展的店家包含九州至北海道等地的知名巷弄B級美食，共計100多家，且鎮店主廚、當地原食材皆會來台，屆時民眾將可吃到最原汁原味的日本平價美食，包含100元起跳的中村屋馬鈴薯燉肉、北海道偶依稀工廠(OiC Factory)的魩仔魚奶油可樂餅、東京江戸前鶏すき的東京江戶雞肉壽喜燒和北海道札幌九兵衛的北海鮭魚鮭魚卵親子丼飯等。巡迴展今年11月還將移師高雄市舉辦。（黃翎翔／台北報導）
