特赦西國孌童犯惹眾怒　摩洛哥國王撤回決定

【綜合報導】摩洛哥國王穆罕默德六世周日發表聲明，宣佈撤銷特赦一名西班牙裔孌童癖囚犯的決定。

王宮聲明表示，國王並不知道被特赦的犯人，犯下如此嚴重的罪行，司法部會與西班牙討論下一步行動。

摩洛哥國王有時會因特殊日子特赦犯人，這次穆罕默德六世因臨「登基日」(Throne Day)，上周特赦48名囚犯，其中就包括2011年被判入獄30年的孌童犯加爾萬。加爾萬在摩洛哥性侵11名4至15歲兒童，並拍下過程。

這個特赦令在摩洛哥引起公憤，摩洛哥各地上周五晚爆發抗議示威。
