Beckenham火車站旁邊全新房子出租，可幫忙介紹工作 - 今天, 13:40

現在在Beckenham火車站300米旁全新unit兩間房間出租。火車站旁邊，交通方便。20分鐘火車直達city，到carousel5分鐘。有沒有車都很方便。

隨時入住，三個月起租。

Bedroom1
雙人床，書桌，椅子，帶鏡子入墻衣櫃。
一人住155每週，share bills。
兩人住（情侶或兩個女生）200每週，share bills。

Bedroom1
單人床，書桌，椅子，入墻衣櫃（無鏡子）。
一人住145每週，share bills。
可以兩人住，價錢面議。

目前有一個車庫車位可以使用。

房子是全新蓋好的，公共區域為瓷磚地板，房間內是地毯。家電傢具，生活用品俱全。只招能說中文的backpacker或學生。因為是新房子，所以希望能找到愛乾淨整潔的室友。但必須是不吸煙的。

目前房子是我和我老公在住，我是學生，我老公也是WHV。可以幫忙介紹工作。對於想提高英文的朋友我可以幫忙教學英文（免費）。平時也可以搭夥吃飯，我們經常會做好吃的分給室友。
