同性戀者參加2014冬奧　俄稱將逮捕

【綜合報導】2014年冬季奧運將在俄羅斯索契(Sochi)舉行，俄國議員密拉諾夫(Vitaly Milonov)表示屆時任何同性戀運動員參賽的話，都將被逮捕，而且同性戀者到場觀賽的話，也同樣會被捕。
 
俄羅斯先前修改法令，禁止宣揚同性戀，外國人也同樣受到這條法規規範，議員表示這條法規不能因舉辦冬奧而暫停執行，或是選擇性執行，這可能也意味參加冬奧的其他國家選手，也不得有同性戀者。
 
不過國際奧委會表示奧運是代表人權的運動，無論任何族群、性別或是性傾向都有權參加。
