【短片】史諾登獲俄庇護　美：極度失望

【綜合報導】俄羅斯政府昨日正式發給美國前情報人員史諾登(Edward Snowden)1年簽證庇護，美國政府對此表示「極度失望」。

美方表示，此舉不是並非美俄關係的正常發展，也會傷害彼此。對於美國總統歐巴馬在今年9月是否要前往俄國參加G20高峰會，並會見俄羅斯總統普丁的計畫，白宮發言人卡尼(Jay Carney)說：「我們正評估中。」
