我的電腦是WI7，原本是Internet Explorer9然後更新到Internet Explorer10，之後我像往常一樣下載東西都下載不了，然後像我有時會從網頁上面的右上角點設定>然後再點網際網路選項>再點設定>檢視檔案>去抓我想要的檔案等等，但現在我按下去跑出了一串英文字後面寫著未登入，然後我常去看影片的這個http://www.nicovideo.jp/也都不能看了，這幾天試著在網路上找資料移除，但卻不能移除，我去灌了Internet Explorer9也蓋不了Internet Explorer10，到底該怎麼辦，希望有大大能提共解決的方法。
