標題[心得] 中華電信的回應網路不穩

前幾天打客服到中華電信反應，網路不穩定無法上網使用。地區是台北市松江路的大樓與三重的住家都有此情況！ 結果打去客服他說要轉告知工程人員近日回電通知。等了一天還等不到答案，結果自己又打去問，得到的回答就是： 當初簽約綁吃到飽方案時，消費者要自己評估自己使用地區範圍而自行決定！否則就是把責任推給：離基地台太遠所以無法有穩定的網路可使用。 這的很想問台北松江路是偏僻遙遠的山區嗎？一家這麼大的電信的處理方式卻是如此！難道其它家基地台比較多嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.136.64.244
